Professional Textile Embroidery

Embroidery is the most durable form of textile decoration. We offer precise stitching with a wide palette of colors and execution options.

Embroidery Types:

Embroidered: Direct stitching onto textiles—polo shirts, T-shirts, blankets, caps, towels, and more.
Patch: Creating an embroidered emblem for sewing or ironing on (with optional hook-and-loop backing or heat-seal transfer).
Applied Embroidery: Using fabric as fill for the embroidery (good for details that can’t be stitched directly).
3D Embroidery: Creating a raised effect using special foam material (not all logos are suitable—please inquire at info@ksiltovky.cz or fill out the online form).

We convert your design into a digital embroidery format using software like TAJIMA DGML or Punto.

We choose the best threads (cotton, polyester, metallic) and create a test sample.

After sample approval, we stitch onto the requested textile.

Color Count: Up to 15 colors, using ISACORD and MARATHON threads. Pantone colors can be approximated.
Thread Materials: Cotton (MARATHON) – not dry-cleanable; Polyester (ISACORD) – dry-clean resistant; Metallic (silver, gold); Fluorescent.
Max Size: 42 cm × 32 cm (larger on request).
Minimum Quantity: From 1 piece.
Option to embroider on parts of our own products (brims, back panels, etc.)
