How Does Screen Printing Work?

1. Design Preparation

For printing, we create a vector design using software like Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. Each color requires a separate screen for ink transfer.

2. Printing and Ink Application

We apply ink through a stencil onto the textile. For multicolor designs, we use separations and special screens for optimal results.

Screen Printing Options

Maximum Colors: Up to 6 colors in the design.
Textile Types: T-shirts, hoodies, polo shirts, jackets, workwear, bags, and more.
Printing on Customer-Supplied Textile: Available.
Printing on parts of our own products (brims, sweatbands, binding tapes, etc.)
Color Matching: Pantone Solid Coated/Uncoated for exact color.
Minimum Quantity: From 20 pcs (smaller quantities possible on request).

Printing Data Software

For print data preparation, we use professional tools like Adobe Illustrator (AI) and Corel Draw (CDR). If you have your own design, we are happy to convert it to the required format.

How to Send Your Design?

Send your files in AI, CDR, EPS, JPG, PNG, BMP, or GIF formats to info@ksiltovky.cz, or fill out the online form.

How to Place an Order?

Inquiry Received: You will receive a quote within 24 hours.
Order Confirmation: We will send a confirmation email.
Sample Production: We will send a mockup for approval.
Production and Shipping: Upon approval, we begin production and ship the finished goods to you.
