Heat Transfer Foils (Flex & Flock)

Heat transfer foils are ideal for small print runs, such as jersey numbers or low-volume orders. We work with thin elastic foils (Flex) and velvet-like foils (Flock), which we precisely cut on a plotter and apply to textiles at high temperatures.

How Does the Heat Transfer Process Work?

1. Graphics Preparation

Using Adobe Illustrator, we prepare vector graphics for precise plotter cutting.

2. Cutting the Design

We cut the design on a professional Summa plotter, which allows for precise cuts in various materials.

3. Heat Pressing onto Textile

At 150–180°C, we press the foil onto the textile using a Chemica heat press. The result is a durable and high-quality print.

Heat Transfer Printing Options

Foil Types: Flex (smooth elastic foil) and Flock (velvet foil). Exact Pantone shades cannot be defined.
Textile Types: T-shirts, hoodies, polo shirts, workwear, bags, …
Minimum Quantity: From 1 piece.

Preparing Print Data

For best results, we require print data in one of the following formats:

Vector Formats: AI, CDR, EPS.
Raster Formats: JPG, PNG, BMP, GIF.
Hand-Drawn Designs: You can send sketches by mail or deliver them in person.

Archiving and Pricing Policy

One-Time Setup: Data preparation is charged only once; subsequent orders are free.
Individual Quotes: Price depends on design complexity and quantity.

How to Place an Order?

Inquiry Receipt: You will receive a price quote within 24 hours.
Order Confirmation: We will send you a confirmation email.
Design Approval: We will send you a mockup for final approval.
Production and Shipping: Upon approval, we begin production and ship the finished product to you.
